The ITS department at CSL is an awesome combination of professionals who work tirelessly to reset your passwords, troubleshoot wifi connections, ensure your access to CampusVue, maintain your computer lab for optimal performance, man the Help Desk, maintain and update the CSL website, ensure network security and myriad other behind-the-scenes functions that we all take for granted – every day. Receiving your email, being able to surf the net, the ability to perform your research and troubleshoot your computer, printer and copier problems are every day challenges for ITS. Class, lecture and visiting speaker recordings are also attended to seamlessly.
With over 1,000 faculty, staff and students to take care of , this small group of IT staff and student workers are a resource that you can count on – day in and day out – to ensure that you have access to everything that you need when it comes to computers and how those devices benefit your everyday life as a student, faculty member or staff at CSL.
